All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver across all locations in India.
Estimated delivery time: 4–5 working days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days from the date of order.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Remote location delivery
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- High order volumes during sales or holidays
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Action Arsenal is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
