Action Arsenal – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Action Arsenal. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Request Window

• All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
• Requests made after this time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The delivery date shown by the courier tracking will be considered final.

2. Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY if the product is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Manufacturing defective
• Incorrect product received (wrong item/variant)
• Missing parts or accessories

⚠️ Returns are NOT accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Personal dislike / expectation mismatch
• Minor paint or finishing variations common in diecast models
• Improper handling after delivery

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair claims and prevent fraud, an unedited unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:
• Start before opening the courier package
• Clearly show all sides of the sealed parcel
• Show the package being opened and product taken out
• Clearly capture the damage/defect/incorrect item
• Be continuous and not edited, paused, or cut

❗ Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception.

4. Product Return Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
• Be returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials
• Not show signs of usage, installation, or tampering

If the returned product fails inspection, the request will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Full unboxing video
• Clear photos of the damaged/defective area
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

Once your return is approved:

• We will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).

•All the exchanged and replaced products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.                                                                                                                                                • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Another product of equal value, OR
  • Store credit, OR
  • Refund (as per Section 7)

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

• Replacement is unavailable, OR
• Customer chooses refund instead of exchange

Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after product inspection.                                    • The amount refunded for Store Credit will happen immediately and will be valid for Lifetime

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost will be covered by Action Arsenal only for approved damage/defect cases.

8. Return Pickup / Shipping

Depending on your location:

• We may arrange a courier pickup, OR
• You may be asked to ship the product to our return address.

Proper packaging is required to avoid transit damage.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products without original packaging
• Products without unboxing video proof
• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
